Taylor Griggs (she/her) is the Administrative Operations and Culture Manager at the Tishman Environment and Design Center, where she supports the administrative and cultural infrastructure behind the Center’s environmental and climate justice work. She focuses on strengthening systems, coordination, and internal practices that help mission-driven work move with clarity and care. She brings a decade of experience across nonprofit and philanthropic organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to joining The New School, she held roles at Mosaic Environmental Fund and the Akonadi Foundation, where she supported organizational coordination and administrative infrastructure. Taylor is also an avid theater patron, aspiring producer and blogger who reviews culturally competent theatrical productions (Regional, Off-Broadway, Broadway) from coast to coast. At the Tishman Center, Taylor contributes to team operations and internal communications, helping create the conditions for collaborative, inclusive, and sustainable work. She brings a people-centered and care-driven approach to administration, grounded in clarity and community.
